Athol Place on Wickham Terrace in Brisbane is one of the oldest buildings in Brisbane. Undergoing redevelopment to bring the original building back to it’s former glory, as well as creating a seven story commercial building at the back of the original building.
Ravel was engaged by Toby Cohen, the owner and developer of the project to create a visual identity that would reflect the history of the building and surrounds as incorporate the modern tower that would sit behind it. The main logo for Athol Place focuses on the beauty of the original building using a modern clean and minimalistic approach to style and colour incorporating colours from the new tower.
Ravel also developed two additional brand identities for Athol Cottage, a cafe area that is being built in the old part of the building, as well as Penton Lane which will be a Paddock to Plate high-end rooftop restaurant, on top of the new tower.
Brand Deliverables were designed and delivered including Corporate Stationery, Brochures, Website Design & Development, EDM Design, Flyers and Press Advertising Design.
