Immunisation is one of the many things parents do to keep their children safe, happy, and healthy. Using a style inspired by childhood storybooks, our animation team communicated this message in an ad for GCPHN. They requested a sequence of scenes depicting various points in a child’s life and common actions that ensure their wellbeing, including immunisation.
Despite being digitally animated, the video retains a hand-drawn look created by modulated framerate on characters and pencil textures. We also made sure social inclusiveness was considered by featuring a range of key Gold Coast demographics.
