Two key assets were developed as part of the rebrand—brand guidelines for marketing professionals and a partner toolkit to provide marketing guidance for tradespeople partnering with Plungie. The project grew to also include branding and brand guideline development for the Plungie Preferred program and custom illustrated icons for their customer value propositions.
We created a new look and feel for Plungie, positioning them as an aspirational brand in the home builders’ market. A key messaging framework was also developed to communicate Plungie’s service and the value of their product consistently. There are two sets of key messages, for tradespeople and homeowners, that can be used across the span of the customer’s lifecycle.
