Every part of the website design and development process is done in-house by Ravel experts in their field. From sitemap creation, to design, UX, development, QA, SEO and deployment, Ravel's digital team has seen - and done it all, many times over. We've designed and developed on many CMS, but if we're being honest, our two favourites are Wordpress and Shopify. Depending on your business goals, we'll work with you to find a CMS that suits your individual needs.

Your journey to online domination

Our journey together starts with a briefing session with one of Ravel's Directors, who leads all things digital, where we'll explore the needs the website needs to fulfil for your business. From there, we'll put together a proposed sitemap including pages, functionality, and design notes for the purpose of accurately scoping the project. Once a sitemap is finalised, we begin with Art Direction. Think of this like a personalised Pinterest board for your website vision. Our design team will interpret your brief in order to give a general visual direction for the website. Simultaneously, our copywriters will be working on the words for all pages of your website (if preferred, these can be provided by yourself).

Once we're aligned on copy and visual direction, we move onto mobile and desktop mockups of key pages on the website in Adobe XD. Then, it's straight into development. You'll be given a link to the website on a staging server for viewing in stages. Finally, we'll conduct a thorough QA of the website before launching, including ensuring the website is optimised for search engines (SEO). And not to worry, every website project we undertake includes an offboarding session with your team so that your team has the power to make change and updates as needed. Easy as pie, right? Your website is ready for world-viewing!

Post website completion, you can choose to engage Ravel on an ad-hoc, monthly, or ongoing maintenance basis to help you keep your website up to date and performing at its best every day of the year. Bespoke websites start from $10,000 and templated websites start from $7,500.
