QRA set out to explore a new, more immersive way to communicate the experience and risks of natural disasters commonly faced in Queensland, specifically cyclones, floods and hailstorms. The goal was to create a visceral, film-like experience where viewers feel as though they are witnessing the disaster in real time, helping them better understand the scale, danger and potential damage these events can cause when they strike. Using cinematic storytelling, animation and visual effects, Ravel aimed to transform complex technical information into a high-impact screen experience that captured attention.
