Creative Director

With a long career in film and television, Lincoln has channeled his experience into over 1,000 projects. Often found holding a surfboard or chai, he enjoys spending time with his kids and gets a kick out of coaching a local footy team.

Shannon Stubbings

Chief Digital Officer

Hailing from America, Shannon steers the digital ship at Ravel with a smile and coffee in-hand. Always making extravagant toast in the office, she prides herself on transparent and fun client relationships.

Aaron Stubbings

Chief Strategy Officer

When Aaron isn't strategising with new and existing clients, he's surfing in Burleigh and cruising the coast with his wife and daughter. 

Pete Crossley

CEO

Pete is both CEO and baker-extraordinaire. Guaranteed to have a grin on his face and a treat (GF and DF) in hand, he unites the Ravel teams.

Jay Bendixen

Lead Creative

On the team for over a decade, Jay thrives on creative ideation, time on set, and throwing his hat in the ring for voiceovers. He's a busy dad of two adventurous kids and enjoys playing and designing boardgames, snowboarding and a cosy, roaring fire.

Alex Graham

Animation Director

Alex loves bringing ideas to life in new and creative ways for clients. He's also a devoted dog dad to Yuki, treating her to a daily puppaccino and plenty of pats from the Ravel team.

Kristina Matovic

Art Director

When she's not trying to beat her Mount Cootha cycling record, Kristina leads the creative direction for our clients. With many years in design, her favourite memories include experiencing centre court at Roland Garros with Adidas and the red carpet with Sky.

Alexa Axtle

Account Manager

A globetrotter at heart, Alexa has worked with brands around the world and thrives on creating connections and making projects happen. She also loves a good adventure on the wide open road or out in open water!

Chris Browne

Senior Editor / Colourist

Chris has worked in post production for over 17 years and believes the fifth row of the cinema provides the optimum viewing experience (an often controversial opinion). Away from the screen, he enjoys riding at night pumping tunes or sci-fi thriller podcasts.

Bernice Choong

Animator

Bernice is an animation powerhouse with a passion for illustration. In her spare time she loves a good story-heavy video game and adding a new plushie (or two) to her collection.

Kurt Duane

Animator

Kurt is our resident creative Kiwi with a solid appreciation for a good burger or slow cooked meat. His happy place is with his impossibly cute puppy, Elsa, or losing track of time creating weird animations.

Ruth Dunn

Senior Copywriter

Content and collaboration is Ruth’s bread and butter. When the glasses are off, she enjoys getting out into nature and unleashing her competitive side with a hit of tennis. 

Olivia Goggin

Graphic Designer

Creative in the office and in her spare time, Olivia loves branding and web design as well as tinkering with craft projects. She also gets behind video games and a good TV series or movie!

Kiana Heimann

Digital Advertising Specialist

Coming from across the pond (team USA!), Kiana can often be found watching an NBA game or live music. When it comes to SEO and impactful ads for clients, she's on it like Vegemite on toast (although she still finds the spread "repulsive").

Whitney Innes Hill

Producer / Photographer

Whitney is always out chasing the light with a camera in hand and hiking boots on her feet. And she can't say no to a camping trip or board game night with friends. Photography is her tool for helping people—in any culture, in any country. 

Dawood Karimi

Web Developer

Web developer, volleyball player and hiking enthusiast, Dawood finds inspiration in the digital world and great outdoors. He's passionate about creating innovative web experiences and discovering new places.

Casey Keogh

Animator

Casey is a country-born cat lover with a knack for storytelling. Using her twin passions in animation and writing, she brings her clients' characters to life in unique and creative ways.

Gigi Lapid

Graphic Designer

Originally from the Philippines, Gigi is a passionate designer and illustrator (and can tell you the best spot in town for pie!). She's a huge wildlife conservation advocate (bats are her fave) and self-confessed traditional animation geek and horror flick fanatic.

Mayank Lodaya

Web Developer

Mayank loves designing and developing websites, as well as learning a new guitar tune. A fan of standup comedy, he always has a joke or two up his sleeve (just ask) and enjoys a good podcast or cricket talk.

Eric Medcalf

DOP Camera Operator

Give Eric a 6 foot swell to surf or a creative problem to solve and he’ll be smiling ear to ear. With 7 years in the industry, he brings a wealth of cinematography experience to the team.

Akki Panday

Digital Marketing Manager

With close to a decade experience shaping digital marketing, Akki excels in client relationships and crafting stellar strategies. She's a dog devotee, laughter advocate, and digital dynamo.

Lauchlan Stanesby

Camera Operator / Editor

Film is work and play for Lauchlan. He loves crafting a great story for clients and revels in watching films and analysing them (often to the detriment of his friends and family). In his downtime, he also enjoys seeing live music and playing the bass.

Josh Verhoeven

Senior Designer

Designer, dad and lifelong beach-goer, Josh loves collaborative work environments balanced with family time by the ocean. He also enjoys a healthy mix of surfing, skating, music and art.
